Michael Selser, Chef
Chef Michael Selser is a graduate of The Restaurant School in Philadelphia. He has worked as a chef at Joseph Ambler Inn in North Wales, PA, Green Valley Country Club in Lafayette Hill, PA, and Passarelle. Selser also works as a private chef in clients’ homes.
Mario Arnone, Operating Partner/Catering Director
Mario is a New Jersey native, a former architect and a graduate of The Restaurant School in Philadelphia. Mario operated a successful corporate catering company for 13 years in Philadelphia before joining DuJour. He partnered with Marty Grims in 2008 to develop and broaden DuJour Market's share of Philadelphia's corporate catering business.
Michael McGovern Operating Partner/Executive Chef
Michael is Philadelphia native and a graduate of The Restaurant School. He has worked with Marty Grims for eight years in various projects and positions before becoming Executive Chef of DuJour Market and Catering in 2008.
Martin Grims, General Partner
Marty Grims is a restaurateur in the Greater Philadelphia region. He launched his career as a member of the opening team at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia in 1983. A natural in the restaurant business, Marty's grandfather owned restaurants in Philadelphia and Manhattan and he has fond memories of lending a hand in the family business when he was a boy. He graduated from Cornell's School of Restaurant and Hotel Management and resides in Berwyn, PA with his family.
